DOPAMINE CREATURES!

these are things that, for whatever reason, give my brain instant and massive bonks of dopamine. i don't know why (if someone could explain please help).

  • i think literally one of if not my favorite game character. he is literally me. idk lol


• Pokemon
  • especially Pokémon Mystery Dungeon! something about bandanas is adorable to me and i blame mastertrapmon. PLEASE go watch their animations i love their animations so much asddhfjshgh
    
  • my favorites are Pikachu, Oshawott, Riolu, Lucario, Buizel, and Dragonite. there are many more I could probably list off but they're the best
• ...Bluey?!
  • this one isn't exactly such a "dopamine hit" as the others are, but i don't have a better section for it right now. regardless, this is now one of my favorite pieces of media i think, and definitely comfort material
  • yeah uh, i randomly started watching Bluey on Disney+ and found out that it is actually amazing and an amazing piece of television. it's very easily digestible (somehow fitting a LOT into 7 minutes) while packing some really heartfelt and heartwarming messages on top of being cute and funny. also Australians are funny for some reason and i like it

• ANIMALS!!!!!
  • animals trigger some sort of dopamine response in my brain that i literally do not understand lol. this is literally why i'm a furry everything is so adorable (and for some reason i can express myself easier with colors and animal species)

  • programming is my hobby and passion which i've been into for many years (although i mainly focus on backend if this website doesn't make that obvious...)
  • i love tinkering and knowing EXACTLY how everything works. this is part of why i like programming so much, but it's also why i tend to end up getting involved in other people's projects n stuffz

random facts!

• i am a SUCKER for nostalgia and it almost always hits me like a TRUCK. if you show me Webkinz or Nintendo DS or 3DS stuff i will cry /j
  sounds and music are especially triggers for nostalgia for some reason. for instance, songs that i used to listen to many years ago, or the sounds and ambiance of old Windows versions or the 3DS
• i often get anxious when sharing things about myself and my interests for some reason ;m;
  this website is actually somewhat of an escape from that and allows me to express myself more freely and comfortably with most (but not all, unfortunately) of that anxiety only in the back of my mind instead of screaming
  it's just more comfy on the internet for some reason, idk lol
• i love music and singing but i never let anybody hear me sing, embarrassment is a crime
